Shipping (5a)

  • Processing & Shipping

    • Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment.

    • Orders are shipped Monday–Friday only.

    Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

  • Returns & Exchanges

    • Due to the sensitive nature of fragrances, returns are not accepted unless the item is clearly defective or damaged upon immediate arrival.

    • All items are thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged prior to shipment.

    • For defective or damaged items, you must contact us within 24 hours by detailing the nature of the concern in the email or DM along with an image of the defective/damaged item to qualify for a resolution.

  • How to Contact

  • Delivery Issues

    If you do not receive your package within 24 hours of the marked delivery time (excluding delays communicated by the brand or caused by carriers), please contact us through the same channels for assistance.

One-of-One Garment Policy (5b)

  • Uniqueness & Value

    All garments presented here are one-of-one experimental works/archives of creativity that will never be reproduced. Think of them as fine art investments, akin to paintings or installations for your figure.

  • Pricing & Terms

    • All prices are final and are not subject to bargain, exchange, return, or contest.

    Exceptions are only made in the event of:

    • Disaster (natural or unnatural)

    • Creator’s discretion

    • Extreme malfunction

    • Destruction in transit (all garments are handled with the utmost care and shipped in protective packaging).

  • Fitting & Responsibility

    Each garment’s measurements and details are provided as clearly as possible. The buyer is responsible for reviewing these details and ensuring compatibility with their own body type and size prior to purchase.

  • Processing & Shipping

    • Please allow 3–4 business days for processing, inspection, and careful packing prior to shipment.

    • Shipments occur Monday through Thursday only.

    • Orders placed on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.
